Are you interested in getting a certification provided by a consortium of European experts?
The Gender-ED project partners are excited to introduce the MOOC entitled “Towards a gender sensitive Media and Information Literacy." This free online course is tailored for journalists, artists, media and information literacy (MIL) educators, activists, media professionals, gender experts, and researchers aiming to develop expertise in gender-sensitive practices, media analysis, and inclusive communication.

This free course is an invaluable opportunity for individuals who are interested in gender equality and human rights—both online and beyond. The course bridges knowledge gaps by equipping participants with advanced media literacy skills while integrating gender equality principles. It modernizes education in media, human rights, and gender sensitivity by offering a modular curriculum aligned with European competence frameworks (e.g., DigComp, Media Literacy Frameworks). Participants gain the skills to critically analyze media content, identify gender biases, and promote inclusive practices in diverse professional environments.
